It is relatively inexpensive as compared to most of the other antivirus solution and also doesn’t consumes too much of CPU power while running in the background. Well, for a casual user like myself it seems enough.

Not the best available in the market. Fails to detect viruses at times. Had to reinstall the system once because one threat was missed. Lame.

But VIPRE IS BitDefender. Why not just buy BitDefender instead of a Half Built Shell of a SDK.Fire up wireshark, ck your drivers, or better yet ck AV Comparitives link of AV vendors using 3rd party Engines or just Andreas who tests them. Cheers , knowledge is power . Good luck
