Last Customer Reviews: Eset vs 360 Total Security

Sam
ESET May be good antivirus but absolutely the worst customer service I have ever seen. I tried to renew on several occasions my license which was rejected. The website claimed to have the wrong expiration date on CC but it ended up on my Card. I spent 6 hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone. I left numerous messages to be called back Finally I spoke to someone and took care of all. They said they were short staffed. Only three working for such a big company. I did receive two emails from an Emily Thompson from lead development. This was her response “ Good afternoon Sam, I appreciate you letting me know. Have a great afternoon, Emily Thompson Lead Development Assistant ESET North America That’s the response after 6 hrs wait time and ten emails to solve my renewal. It’s a good thing I didn’t have a technical issue. Not happy at all. As a physician, I have more important things to do these days than wait in phone or send emails to ESET

It is relatively inexpensive as compared to most of the other antivirus solution and also doesn’t consumes too much of CPU power while running in the background. Well, for a casual user like myself it seems enough.

I have been using it for many years and never had any problems. I don't visit suspicious sites though... that might be the case LOL

Must be your Personal Configuration especially if you are harboring Potentially Unwanted Programs or browser hijackers.PC and CP are different things.hehehe

My phone rang when I was on my computer, I answered it, then figured i'd be on the phone for more than a half hour. and I didn't want to cut off my computer, so I ran a full scan with 360 total security. When I got off of the phone, I returned to my computer, and after the 360 scan I no longer could get online, 360 messed up my computer. I had to download Chrome all over again, and trying to figure out what was wrong took hours that I needed for other things that I had to do, I was LIVID!!!. I uninstalled 360 security. I had 360 for years, and never had this issue, but I will NEVER use it again. I had noticed that my pc was running kind of slow, and now that I have removed 360 it is running faster and better than ever!!. I have decided not to use any free antivirus software, Avast messed me up also years ago, and another one also whose name I can't remember!

Hello Christine, We are very sorry that this has happened to you. You got scammed 100%. For instance, the official website for 360 Total Security offers their premium package for less than $20 per year (yes, twenty, not two hundred) and you will be able to install it on up to 3 devices. Even the most expensive 360 Total Security business plans are not even close to what you mentioned. Thanks for sharing your story with us! With warm regards, Bestantiviruspro.org team
