Do I need to have a Mobile phone? The change in pass-word seems to have worked ,but the page changes I'm asked for a mobile phone .I don't have one, but the only way out is to log out.

It's a great product, but when your fee of £24 in year one becomes £168 at renewal - you have to conclude that they are con merchants who don't care about customer service in the slightest. Especially if you pay via PayPal (really don't use them either), because it automatically renews and charges you, to which you have no recourse. Avoid at all costs and use someone else who has a more transparent charging policy!

apparently its for the month. Its a one off charge as its automatic renewal & price will be different.

All of it sounds good except it's not an all in one product if it doesn't cover the IOS.

I would like to buy it but I want to buy it at a store on a disk ? Where can I buy it at ?
Kim
So, it doesn't monitor email, chats, usb or browsers? What does one do to cover those voids? Sorry, am not totally tech savvy.
